Anhui Huaibei established platform for patent implementation

In order to reinforce the construction of S&T service system, Huaibei in Anhui Province established a business incubator for patent. This is another platform for the patent transform following the National Patent Technology Exhibition & Exchange Center of Huaibei.

The business incubator for patent in Huaibei mainly offers services for small and middle S&T enterprises founded by those who implement patent technologies, provides facilities for sharing for research, pilot scale production and operating location, and affords services on policy, management, law, finance, financing, market promotion and training, so as to reduce the risks and costs of business, increase the chances of success and bring the society successful S&T enterprises and entrepreneurs.

Aiming at a better management, Huaibei municipal department of science & technology issued the "Administrative Measures on Enterprises’ Settling into the Business Incubator for Patent" and set up a leading group for the management of the incubator, with the daily management work presided over by the patent exhibition and exchange center.
