Nike Sued for Unfair Competition

Nike alleges on its website that the product Nike Air Cushioning Footwear can utmost offer the protection for human muscles, skeletons and articulations. Mr. Zheng QingSheng, from Beijing Zheng Zhi Ben Body Dynamics Graduate School, thought this is pseudoscientific cheat, and they come to have unfair competition with other footwear manufacturers and retailers. Mr. Zheng QingSheng brings Nike, Inc. to court for unfair competition; this was the third time Nike has been sued by Mr. Zheng.
