China Required to Adopt Special Regulations on Design Patent
September 22, 2004Since 2001 China has been a world leader in design patent application. However, respective IPR protection is very poor, bringing about imitation and low quality. IPR-concerned circles have proposed to take design patents out of the Patent Law, and adopt respective separate regulations.
