Damages of 10 million highlighted by Honghe Lighting
November 20, 2005Recently, Honghe Lighitng Beer Co., Ltd.,(hereinafter “Honghe”), a listed company in Yunnan China, has just received the judgment from the Intermediate People’s court in Foshan Guangdong ordering damages of 10 million RMB to the plaintiff (Hui LIN, the owner of a private company ) for trademark infringement.
